Dr. Craig Ziering is a highly respected hair transplant surgeon with over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in 1989 and completed his residency in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at Ohio University's Grandview Medical Center. Dr. Ziering further specialized with a fellowship in hair restoration and served as the Associate Medical Director for a national hair transplant company for a decade before establishing his private practice, Ziering Medical. Dr. James Calder is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon and the Medical Director of Ziering Medical's Newport Beach office. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1983 and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota, becoming board-certified in that field. Dr. Calder's career in hair restoration began in 1999, and he has since accumulated over 20 years of experience. He specializes in advanced techniques such as Follicular Unit Excision (FUE) and has extensive knowledge in facial hair transplants, including eyebrow and beard reconstruction, as well as hairline design. Dr. Calder is also proficient in regenerative medicine therapeutics for hair loss and is dedicated to using the latest medical and surgical advancements to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
