Dr. Craig Ziering
Dr. Craig Ziering is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon with over 35 years in the field. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at Ohio University's Grandview Medical Center. Dr. Ziering further honed his skills with a fellowship in hair restoration, eventually becoming the Associate Medical Director at Medical Hair Restoration for a decade before founding Ziering Medical. He is board-certified by both the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. Dr. Ziering has pioneered innovative techniques, including the Ziering Whorl classification system, which earned him the "Most Original New Idea" award from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS) in 2003. He is a past President of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and serves on the faculty for several prestigious universities, including the University of California at Irvine. Dr. Ziering is also a frequent lecturer and has appeared on numerous television programs discussing hair restoration.
