Dr. Scott K. Thompson is a highly experienced and distinguished surgeon, holding double board certifications in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and further honed his skills through a competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Thompson also completed a fellowship specifically in Hair Restoration Surgery, demonstrating a specialized focus on this area. His professional background includes extensive training and over two decades of experience, during which he has received recognition for his work, including being named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and receiving awards such as the "Most Compassionate Doctor" and "Patient Choice Award" from Vitals. He is also known for his commitment to humanitarian efforts, participating annually in medical missions to Ecuador to treat children with congenital deformities.

Dr. James P. Manning is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and head and neck surgeon with extensive training and experience in his field. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his medical degree from the University of Washington. Dr. Manning completed his residency at the University of Rochester and has also completed a fellowship in facial plastic surgery, as well as a fellowship in Hair Restoration Surgery with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). He was selected to join Utah Facial Plastics in 2022 due to his educational accomplishments and dedication to improving patients' confidence through cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Douglas Henstrom is a highly accomplished facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, as well as a head and neck surgeon. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed his medical degree at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Dr. Henstrom further honed his skills through an internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education, followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, an honor awarded to a small percentage of physicians nominated by their peers, and has received this recognition for five consecutive years. Additionally, he was named among the "10 Best" plastic surgeons in Utah by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons in 2018, an award that signifies the highest degree of professional achievement and patient satisfaction. Dr. Henstrom is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and is affiliated with Lakeview Hospital and Lone Peak Hospital.
