Dr. Melike Kulahci is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon and the Medical Director of Transmed Clinic, which she founded in 1994. She graduated from Istanbul University's Cerrahpasa Medical School and completed her specialization in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at the same institution. Dr. Kulahci further honed her skills in hair surgery through a fellowship at the University of Erlangen in Germany in 1990. She has performed approximately 10,000 successful hair transplant operations over her career, and has trained numerous surgeons and nurses in the field. Dr. Kulahci is a distinguished member of professional organizations, including the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ESHRS), and has served on the boards of both. She has also received awards for her research in hair restoration.

Dr. Canan Melike Köksüz is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon who graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. She began her career in hair restoration in 2000 and has since performed numerous hair transplant surgeries over nearly two decades. Dr. Köksüz is a founder member of the Turkish Hair Restoration Surgery Association (TSHRS) and has acquired many training certificates in medical aesthetics and hair transplantation. She is recognized as one of the few doctors in Turkey capable of performing every stage of a hair transplant operation herself. Prior to her work at Transmed, she operated her own clinic in Istanbul for 11 years after completing her Medical Aesthetic Specialist training. Dr. Köksüz has also worked at the Ministry of Health, focusing on child health and family planning for approximately 10 years.

Dr. Necdet Ucar is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive experience in hair transplantation. He graduated from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1982 and specialized in plastic surgery, becoming an expert in 1990. Dr. Ucar further enhanced his skills with advanced training in aesthetic surgery, breast reconstruction, and microsurgery in Munich, Germany, between 1990 and 1991. He learned the FUT method of hair transplantation from Professor Carlos Uebel in 1994 and later mastered the FUE technique through courses in the USA, practicing routinely since 2000. His professional background includes roles such as Director of Plastic Surgery at Bayındır Hospitals and establishing the plastic surgery department at Baku Central Clinical Hospital. Dr. Ucar also received training in endoscopic facelift and eyelid surgery from renowned professors in the United States in 1996. He has been practicing at Transmed Clinic in Istanbul since 2010.
