Dr. Michael Beehner is a highly experienced surgeon specializing in hair transplant surgery and hair restoration, with a practice dedicated to this field since 1989. He received his pre-medical education at Loyola University and earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical School. Dr. Beehner is board-certified by The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, where he previously served as President and Chairman of the examination committee, and also by The American Board of Family Practice. His significant contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Manfred Lucas Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in 2007 and the ISHRS Platinum Follicle Award for research in 1999. He has held leadership roles within the ISHRS, serving on its Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Scientific Research and Awards Committee, and also as Editor of Hair Transplant International Forum. Dr. Beehner has been an active educator, teaching hair transplantation techniques at various international meetings and workshops.

Dr. Keimun Slaughter is a highly qualified surgeon with extensive experience in hair restoration. He earned his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Slaughter further specialized in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery through a fellowship and received additional training specifically in hair restoration surgery. He holds dual board certifications in Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and is an associate member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. Throughout his training, Dr. Slaughter received awards for excellence in teaching and surgical skill, and he has authored publications on topics including hair graft survival rates.
