Dr. Mehmet Erdoğan is a Medical Aesthetic Physician and Hair Transplant Surgeon who co-founded Smile Hair Clinic in 2018. He earned his Medical Degree from Yeditepe University's Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Erdoğan began his career at Acıbadem Health Group and later moved to Medicana Health Group, where he served as Deputy Chief Physician and Director of the International Patient Center. He has gained certifications in hair transplantation and has performed over 4,000 operations, specializing in Micromotor Graft ex and Sapphire FUE techniques. His commitment to aesthetic perfection and advanced techniques has led to a global reputation in hair transplantation. Dr. Erdoğan is also an associate member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS).

Dr. Gökay Bilgin is a co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic and a Medical Aesthetic Physician with an M.D. from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa. He began his career at Medical Park Health Group, later gaining a certificate in Medical Aesthetics and Hair Transplantation Training. Dr. Bilgin then served as a Hair Transplant Surgeon and Deputy Chief Physician at Medicana Healthcare Group before co-founding Smile Hair Clinic. He has performed over 4,000 hair transplant procedures and is known for developing the True™ Philosophy with his colleague, Dr. M. Erdogan. Dr. Bilgin utilizes Micro Motor Graft extraction and Sapphire FUE techniques in his operations and is passionate about staff training and professional development. He is also recognized as a member of the ISHRS.
