Dr. Shelly Friedman is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon with over 38 years in practice, having treated more than 20,000 patients. He is the Founding President of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Medical Advisor for the American Hair Loss Council. Dr. Friedman earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Michigan State University, and completed a residency in dermatology at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital. He further honed his skills through fellowships in Sclerotherapy and preceptorships in hair transplantation. Recognized for his expertise, he has been called one of the top ten hair transplant doctors in the country and has lectured and taught his techniques nationally and internationally. He is also known for pioneering the use of the ARTAS System for robotic-assisted hair transplant surgery in Arizona.

Dr. Ramona Kelemen is a highly experienced hair transplant physician with a unique dual qualification, holding both a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from Vasile Goldis University in Romania and a Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.) degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in the US. She has dedicated over two decades to the field of hair restoration, and is recognized for her ability to perform hair transplant procedures solo, managing every step of the surgery herself. Dr. Kelemen is also a board-certified physician by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners and a certified trichologist, allowing her to address the underlying causes of hair loss. She has developed innovative techniques, including the Incognito FUE, the first fully no-shave FUE transplant in the U.S. Her extensive training also includes working alongside a founding member of the American Board of Hair Restoration (ABHRS).
