Dr. Shelly Friedman practices hair restoration at the Scottsdale Institute for Cosmetic Dermatology, where he focuses his work on hair restoration surgery and has worked for more than 36 years as a dermatologist and hair restoration doctor. He lectures nationally and internationally at hair restoration and dermatology seminars, has taught his surgical techniques at live surgery workshops, and has trained other hair transplant physicians. In 2018 he wrote The Doctor's Complete Guide to Hair Loss, a book covering why hair is lost and the surgical and non-surgical options for treating it.

Dr. Ramona Kelemen is a highly experienced hair transplant physician with a unique dual qualification, holding both a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from Vasile Goldis University in Romania and a Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.) degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in the US. She has dedicated over two decades to the field of hair restoration, and is recognized for her ability to perform hair transplant procedures solo, managing every step of the surgery herself. Dr. Kelemen is also a board-certified physician by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners and a certified trichologist, allowing her to address the underlying causes of hair loss. She has developed innovative techniques, including the Incognito FUE, the first fully no-shave FUE transplant in the U.S. Her extensive training also includes working alongside a founding member of the American Board of Hair Restoration (ABHRS).
