Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour is a highly experienced cosmetic surgeon with over three decades of practice in the field. He earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds board certification in General Surgery. Dr. Forouzanpour is recognized as a Fellow of the American Osteopathic Board of Surgeons (FACOS) and is a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Dr. Forouzanpour has also contributed to the medical literature as an author of a chapter in the surgical book “Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Abdomen” and is the inventor of the "Umbilical Locator," a surgical device designed to improve precision during abdominoplasty procedures. He has also been recognized for his philanthropic work, donating his medical services to those in need and offering free surgical makeovers to abuse victims through the charity Safe Passage.

Dr. Patrick M. Moore is a highly experienced surgeon with board certifications in both General Surgery and Colon & Rectal Surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Moore completed his General Surgery residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and a fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at Northwest Colon & Rectal Clinic. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery. Dr. Moore has been practicing for over 30 years, specializing in procedures such as hernia repair and gallbladder surgery, and is proficient in minimally invasive techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery. He has also been recognized for his contributions through publications and speaking engagements.
