Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour, FACOS
Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour is a fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon with extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCLA and completed his medical education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, he completed five years of surgical residencies in General Surgery and Trauma Surgery at prominent Chicago hospitals. Dr. Forouzanpour further honed his skills with fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). Dr. Forouzanpour is also known for his philanthropic work, donating his medical services to those in need, and is the inventor of a surgical device called the "Umbilical Locator." He has also trained other surgeons by offering an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery-approved fellowship.
