Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour is a fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon with extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCLA and completed his medical education at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, he completed five years of surgical residencies in General Surgery and Trauma Surgery at prominent Chicago hospitals. Dr. Forouzanpour further honed his skills with fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS). Dr. Forouzanpour is also known for his philanthropic work, donating his medical services to those in need, and is the inventor of a surgical device called the "Umbilical Locator." He has also trained other surgeons by offering an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery-approved fellowship.

Dr. Patrick M. Moore is a highly experienced surgeon with board certifications in both General Surgery and Colon & Rectal Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1990, following his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Moore completed his General Surgery residency in Wilmington, North Carolina, and further specialized with a Fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery in Seattle, Washington. He has extensive experience in performing minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgeries, which he notes can lead to less post-operative pain and downtime. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Moore also branched into aesthetic medicine in 2016, becoming a top provider for Coolsculpting and offering BOTOX® and JUVÉDERM treatments. He is recognized for his ability to build rapport with patients and deliver strategic medical plans, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
