Dr. Habib Baskurt

Dr. Habib Baskurt graduated from Istanbul University's Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1979 and completed his Plastic Surgery specialization training at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He served as a Plastic Surgery Specialist in Balıkesir Military Hospital during his military service and later completed his mandatory service at Elazığ Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Baskurt has over 15 years of experience in plastic surgery and has presented numerous studies at national and international conferences. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association.

FUE
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is a minimally invasive hair transplant technique where individual hair follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area using a small circular punch tool. The harvested follicles are then carefully implanted into the balding or thinning areas of the scalp. This method leaves tiny, nearly invisible scars rather than a linear scar, resulting in faster healing and the ability to wear shorter hairstyles. Because of this, FUE is the most popular hair transplant technique today.
