Dr. Timothy Carman is a highly experienced hair restoration surgeon who has been practicing for over 22 years. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed a two-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at USC affiliated Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Hospital, with a focus on head and neck procedures, including scalp reconstruction. Dr. Carman is a diplomat of The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS), where he served as President in 2022 and currently chairs the Ethics and Recertification Exam Committees. He is also a Fellow and Faculty Member of The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), a leading global authority in the field, and serves on the editorial staff of its journal. Dr. Carman's approach to hair transplantation is described as an art form, combining his surgical skills with his background as a visual artist to achieve natural-looking results. He is recognized by the American Hair Loss Association and the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons.

**William Reed, MD**, is a highly experienced physician with a strong educational foundation in the medical field. He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Rochester, followed by postgraduate studies in Anatomy at Washington University. Dr. Reed completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, where he also finished his General Surgery residency. He further honed his expertise with an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Duke University, where he served as Chief Resident and was also a Flight Surgeon in the USAF. Dr. Reed is double board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Upper Extremity Surgery, with additional subspecialty certification in Surgery of the Hand. He has extensive experience in minimally invasive spine surgery and artificial disc replacement, and is recognized as an educator, teaching new techniques to surgeons nationally and internationally. His career, which began in 1983, includes building hospitals and spine surgery programs, and he holds an MBA from Washington University. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society.
