Dr. Carlos Portinha is a distinguished medical professional and the Chief Clinical Officer for Insparya Group. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto, specializing in General and Family Medicine. Dr. Portinha has advanced training in FUE Hair Transplant, recognized by both the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the European Hair Research Society (EHRS), and holds active memberships in these prestigious organizations. His expertise also extends to research, serving as a principal investigator for studies on stem cells applied to hair loss and contributing to advancements in hair follicle genomics and robotics for hair transplantation. Dr. Portinha's dedication to advancing hair restoration techniques and patient care has positioned him as a leader in the field.

Dr. Javier Pedraz is a highly experienced dermatologist and aesthetic medicine specialist with a strong academic background. He earned his medical degree from the University of Salamanca and completed his specialization in Dermatological, Medical, and Surgical Dermatology at the University Hospital La Princesa in Madrid. Dr. Pedraz further enhanced his expertise with international training at institutions like St. John's Institute of Dermatology and Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital in London. He holds master's degrees in Aesthetic Medicine and Clinical Management and Direction, and has also achieved a "Cum Laude" doctorate from the Complutense University of Madrid. Dr. Pedraz has served in prominent positions, including as a dermatologist at the San Carlos Clinical Hospital and Quironsalud University Hospital Madrid. He is also recognized for his role as President of the Spanish Society of Hair Restoration (SERECAP) from 2019-2023 and has received awards such as the Serono Research Award in 2005 for his work on psoriasis. Currently, he is the Medical Director of Insparya Hair Medical Clinic in Madrid, focusing on scalp conditions, hair loss, and hair transplantation.
