Dr. Gaby Doumit
Dr. Gaby Doumit is a highly accomplished and innovative plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience. He earned his bachelor's and medical degrees from the University of Ottawa, graduating with honors. Furthering his expertise, he completed general surgery training at the University of Toronto and plastic surgery training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a craniofacial/aesthetic surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Doumit has held significant positions, including Chief of Craniofacial Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, and is an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Montreal. He is recognized as a leader in facial surgery and was the first Canadian surgeon to perform two face transplants, an achievement that garnered international media attention. Dr. Doumit is also a prolific author, having contributed to numerous plastic surgery textbooks and scientific articles, and holds memberships in key professional organizations such as the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgery.
