Dr. Bertram Ng is a highly experienced hair transplant surgeon with over 15 years of practice in Hong Kong, specializing in both Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) techniques. He received specialized FUE training in Europe in 2006 and FUT training at an ISHRS Asian Workshop in 2007, where he was mentored by Dr. Damkerng Pathomvanich, a renowned figure in hair restoration surgery. Dr. Ng has made significant contributions to the field, including publishing an article on FUE in the Chinese population in the ISHRS FORUM in 2008 and developing his own "Funnel Punch" to reduce graft transaction rates, which is now used globally. He holds international accreditations, including being a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (FISHRS), the only one in Hong Kong and China since 2013, and is a former examiner and board director for the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS).
