Raymond J. Konior, M.D., has practiced since 1988 and performs hair restoration surgery at the Chicago Hair Institute in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, where he personally conducts consultations and surgical procedures. His work includes follicular unit transplantation, follicular unit extraction, donor strip harvesting, eyebrow transplants, transgender hair restoration, women's hair loss treatment, and revision of earlier hair restoration surgery. He earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1983, completed a surgery residency there in 1985, an otolaryngology–head and neck surgery residency at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in 1988, and a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Texas in 1989. He also teaches other physicians surgical hair restoration and offers virtual consultations by video.

Dr. Sahar Nadimi is a double board-certified surgeon specializing in hair restoration and facial plastic surgery. She completed her undergraduate education at Northwestern University and her medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Nadimi further honed her skills through a residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center and a prestigious fellowship in Aesthetic Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She is a founding member of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Nadimi also serves as an assistant professor at Loyola University Medical Center, teaching Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and contributes to medical literature through publications and research in her field.
