Ken Washenik, M.D., Ph.D., is President and Chief Medical Officer of Bosley Medical Group, practicing in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Aderans Research Institute, a biotechnology firm researching tissue-engineered hair follicle neogenesis and cell-based hair restoration, and he lectures and has presented seminars on hair growth and loss and dermatopharmacology. He formerly directed the Dermatopharmacology Unit at the New York University School of Medicine and continues to teach in its Department of Dermatology; his Ph.D. is in cell biology with a focus on hormone metabolism, and he has published scientific and medical articles in peer-reviewed journals.

David P. Deutsch, MD is an Assistant Medical Director at Bosley, practicing in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. He began training in hair restoration under Dr. Bosley in 2004 and has since performed more than 10,000 hair transplant procedures, including FUT (strip harvest), FUE (Follicular Unit Excision), eyebrow transplants, and facial hair transplants. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Emory University, an M.S. in Anatomy from NYU, and an M.D. from St. Louis University, and completed a general surgery residency at SUNY Stony Brook and a cardiothoracic surgery residency at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Julie Karnes Kilgore is a surgeon who practices at Bosley in Dallas, where she devotes her practice to hair restoration. She studied at Howard Payne University, earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed a residency in general surgery at The Texas A&M University at Scott & White, and then a fellowship in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. Her earlier work included a bariatric practice.

Dr. Tyler West practices with Bosley in Boston, where he works with patients experiencing hair loss and uses current hair restoration techniques. He studied Evolutionary Biology and completed a Master of Education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, then earned his M.D. at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, and completed a General Surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts–Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where he performed more than 600 major operations. Before joining Bosley, he worked as a wound care physician and founded Pioneer Valley Wound Care, where he served as Medical Director and performed office-based surgical procedures.

Gabriel Krenitsky, M.D., practices hair restoration in Columbus, Ohio. He began his career in 2002 with Medical Hair Restoration (now Bosley Medical) as a surgical fellow in its Manhattan office, later serving as the organization's Medical Director, and completed its hair transplantation fellowship before returning to Ohio to build his practice. He has performed thousands of surgeries on patients of all ages and races, using hair transplantation to address both traumatic and cosmetic issues, and he has trained and lectured physicians from around the world.

Dr. Tania Pauls is a highly experienced hair restoration surgeon with over two decades of practice in the field. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Pauls further specialized with an ISHRS-approved Hair Transplant Fellowship. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and a Fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, signifying her advanced expertise and commitment to the specialty. Her dedication to patient care and achieving natural-looking results has earned her recognition, including the 2024 Westword Reader's Choice Award for Best Hair Transplant/Restoration in Denver.

Dr. Cary Scott Feldman performs hair restoration surgery with Bosley, working at multiple locations. He studied art at Wayne State University before medicine and completed his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, later undertaking training in hair transplantation surgery after being introduced to the specialty in the early 1990s. He focuses on hairline design using follicular unit techniques, and has performed more than 5,000 surgeries.

Duncan Simmons, M.D., practices with Bosley in Kansas City. He joined Bosley Medical Group with more than ten years of hair transplantation surgery experience in Minnesota, Georgia, Florida and Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Campbell University, earned his medical degree at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine in 1994, and completed a general surgery residency at Yale University School of Medicine, Hospital of St. Raphael, from 1994 to 1997. Since the 1990s he has contributed to medical and surgical publications.

Martin Zadnik, M.D., is a hair transplant surgeon with a strong background in general surgery, where he practiced for 18 years before focusing on hair restoration. He earned his M.D. from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Dr. Zadnik also served as a Major in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the American Medical Association and the Minneapolis Surgical Society. His prior surgical experience included work at Mercy Hospital in Minneapolis, where he performed various procedures and served as Lead Physician for his clinic. Dr. Zadnik has trained in Bosley's hair transplantation program and is recognized for his meticulous technique and patient-centered approach, with his work aiming to achieve natural and lasting results.

Frank P. Campisi, M.D. is a surgeon who practices with Bosley in New Orleans, where he works in hair restoration, both surgical and medical. He began his career in general surgery, including trauma care and the treatment of burn patients with skin grafting, and later studied radiology and aesthetic procedures before turning to hair restoration. He trained with Dr. Suddelson, Dr. Deutsch, and Dr. Washenik after joining the company.

David Alpeter is a doctor at Bosley, where his work covers hair transplantation and the medical management of hair loss. He has provided advanced training in these areas to another Bosley physician.

Timothy B. Ehrlich, M.D. practices with Bosley in Washington, DC, having joined the hair restoration practice in 2017 after years in private practice.

Dr. Karl J. Hekimian practices hair transplantation with Bosley in Scottsdale, Arizona, having joined Bosley Medical Group in the summer of 2014. Before that he worked in plastic and aesthetic surgery in Tucson, Arizona, and he has given lectures and presentations and co-authored publications, largely on wound healing and nerve regeneration.

Dr. Mark Faucher is a plastic surgeon with nearly three decades of experience in the medical field. He earned his medical degree from Cardinal Stritch College in 1991 and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Faucher has performed thousands of hair restoration procedures and is recognized as a leading practitioner in advanced, natural-looking hairline restoration techniques. He has also served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School and Tufts Medical School, sharing his expertise with future surgeons.

Dr. Jeffrey Cole is a hair restoration surgeon practicing with Bosley in San Francisco. He studied general surgery in Michigan and later worked as a cosmetic surgeon in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, before applying that background to hair transplantation, with a focus on creating age-appropriate hairlines. He meets with patients one-on-one to discuss their goals and decide together on a course of treatment.

Dr. Matt Leavitt practices at Bosley in Orlando, and founded Medical Hair Restoration, which has since merged with Bosley Medical, serving as its medical director. He has developed and taught techniques for hair replacement aimed at a natural appearance, and surgeons from the United States and abroad have come to Bosley Orlando to study with him. He has lectured nationally and internationally on hair loss in men and women and has written articles for dermatology, hair, and cosmetic journals. He studied at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency at Ohio University Grandview Medical Center.

Eugene S. Rodillo, M.D. is a physician and surgeon at Bosley who focuses on hair restoration and works at multiple locations. He has more than 25 years of experience and previously practiced hair restoration surgery at Medical Hair Restoration. He graduated from the Brooks Air Force Base School of Aerospace Medicine in San Antonio, Texas, and earned his B.S. and M.D. at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, later completing surgical residencies at hospitals including St. John's Episcopal Hospital in New York, the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, and the University of Chicago Little Co. of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, Illinois.

Angela Phipps, D.O., works with Bosley in Raleigh, treating hair loss in both men and women. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University in 1994 and her D.O. from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, followed by an ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery internship and residency at Botsford General Hospital through 2002, a Family Medicine residency at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Florida through 2004, and a fellowship in hair restoration surgery at Ziering Medical in Beverly Hills in 2005. She joined Bosley in 2009 after three years of hair restoration practice in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas, and is featured in the TLC show "Bad Hair Day."

Edwin S. Epstein, M.D., practices with Bosley in Virginia Beach. He earned a B.A. from Duke University and his M.D. from Georgetown University, and after 13 years in private practice joined the Chambers Hair Institute in 1990 in Baltimore and Richmond. In 1995 he founded the Stuart Medical Group, where he was Medical Director until joining Bosley in 2006, and he has worked in hair restoration since 1990. He has lectured nationally and internationally on hair loss and hair restoration surgery.

Melvin L Mayer, M.D., has practiced hair restoration surgery in San Diego for more than 20 years. He founded surgical offices in Seattle, Denver, Las Vegas and San Diego, and was one of the founders of Medical Hair Restoration alongside Dr. Matt Leavitt. He has also worked as an editor and author of hair restoration publications.

Dr. Sharone' M. Jacobs is a physician with Bosley Hair Restoration & Transplant in Philadelphia, which offers surgical hair restoration using Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), along with non-surgical options such as PRP therapy, scalp micropigmentation, low-level laser therapy, and topical and oral treatments. Care at the Philadelphia location also includes hair and scalp analysis, consultation before a procedure, and follow-up visits afterward.
