He then completed his surgical internship at St. John's Hospital and went on to serve as Chief Resident at Yale University from 2003 to 2004. Dr. Lahijani further specialized with a fellowship in Burn and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University, and completed a third plastic surgery residency there as well, gaining experience with renowned surgeons. He also completed an additional cosmetic plastic surgery fellowship in Barcelona, Spain, under Dr. Javier De Benito. Dr. Lahijani has received awards for his presentations at the Connecticut Chapter in 2002 and 2003. He has over a decade of experience and is known for his skill in various cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
