Dr. Justin E. Rome is the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of Barber Surgeons Guild, a clinic dedicated to advanced hair restoration. He has performed over a thousand robotic hair restoration procedures and is recognized as a leader in this field. Dr. Rome's education includes a Master's Degree from Boston University, a Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, an Internship and Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and a Fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration. He is an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and has been featured in publications like Vogue and The Hollywood Reporter.

Dr. Monica Kieu is a board-certified specialist in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery with fellowship training in hair restoration. She earned her medical degree with honors from Western University of Health Sciences and completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Michigan State University/Detroit Medical Center, where she was chief resident. Dr. Kieu further honed her skills with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto. She has been recognized as one of LA's Top Docs by Los Angeles Magazine and is a member of several prominent medical organizations, including the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Dr. Kieu also dedicates time to humanitarian work, performing reconstructive surgeries in underserved areas of Vietnam and Malawi. She possesses unique expertise in treating transitioning hairlines for both masculinization and feminization procedures.

Dr. Roy Stoller is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience in hair restoration surgery, making him a pioneer in the field. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at The Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Stoller has been recognized for his expertise, being named among the top 1% of hair restoration physicians by Vitals Top 10 Doctors and receiving an Award of Excellence in Teaching at the International World Congress. He is a member of prestigious medical organizations, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Stoller has also developed innovative treatments, such as his patented RS Laser Cap for laser therapy hair regrowth.

Dr. Louis Mariotti is a distinguished specialist in Facial Plastic and Head and Neck Surgery with additional fellowship training in Hair Restoration Medicine and Surgery. He is recognized for his role as an inaugural member of the first hospital-affiliated fellowship program focused on Hair Restoration, particularly with robotic techniques. Dr. Mariotti completed his medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has a significant background in medical education, having presented and instructed other surgeons on hair restoration at Facial Plastic Surgery conferences. Furthermore, he served for six years on the AOCOO-HNS Board of Examiners, contributing to the certification process for his specialty. Dr. Mariotti is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College and a clinical educator for the Wright Center Family Practice residency program. His expertise in hair restoration is a third-generation family tradition, stemming from a grandfather who was a hairdresser and salon owner. Dr. Mariotti has received the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Presidential Achievement Award.
