Dr. Justin E. Rome is a fellowship-trained hair restoration surgeon and the founder, CEO, and Medical Director of Barber Surgeons Guild. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration. Dr. Rome is an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and is recognized as a leader in robotic hair transplantation, even being selected by the ARTAS company to train other physicians in this specialized procedure. He has performed thousands of hair restoration procedures and is dedicated to providing natural-looking results and exceptional patient care.

Dr. Monica Kieu is a board-certified specialist in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and is fellowship-trained in hair restoration. She earned her medical degree with honors from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Michigan State University/Detroit Medical Center, where she was chief resident. Dr. Kieu further honed her skills with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto. She has authored numerous papers and presentations for medical journals and conferences. Dr. Kieu has been recognized as one of LA's Top Docs by Los Angeles Magazine. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Dr. Kieu has extensive experience with all hair types and specializes in treating transitioning hairlines.

Dr. Roy Stoller is a highly experienced and recognized leader in hair restoration surgery, with over 25 years dedicated to the field. He is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and Doctor of Osteopathy, graduating from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985 and completing his residency at The Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Stoller is known for his pioneering work in hair transplant techniques, having served as Medical Director for a major national hair restoration organization before establishing his own practice. He is an esteemed educator and has conducted workshops on Follicular Unit Extraction for the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Dr. Stoller has been recognized among the top 1% of hair restoration physicians by Vitals Top 10 Doctors and has received accolades such as the USAF award for meritorious service and inclusion in Who's Who in American Medicine. He is committed to a personalized, integrated approach, combining various surgical and non-surgical methods to create customized treatment plans for each patient.

Dr. Louis Mariotti is a third-generation hair expert with over 31 years of experience in the medical field. He is a Board Certified specialist in Facial Plastic and Head and Neck Surgery and has completed a Fellowship in Hair Restoration Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Mariotti received his medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also recognized as an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College and serves as a clinical educator for the Wright Center Family Practice residency program. Dr. Mariotti has contributed significantly to his field as a featured lecturer for nine years at the AOCOO-HNS annual meeting and served six years on the AOCOO-HNS Board of Examiners.
