About the Clinic

Adem & Havva Clinic, part of the Adem Havva Health Group, is based in Istanbul and works as an intermediary with hospitals for hair transplantation, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and dental aesthetics. Hair transplants use the FUE method, in which follicles are taken from a donor area at the back or side of the head and placed in the recipient area, generally under local anesthesia, with an estimated 4,000–4,500 follicles transplanted in a single session; beard, moustache, and eyebrow transplants are also performed. Services surrounding treatment include counseling, airport and clinic transfers, hotel accommodation, translation, and a treatment and care kit. The group states it has operated for over 20 years and treats patients traveling from abroad.

Procedures Offered

FUE
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is a minimally invasive hair transplant technique where individual hair follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area using a small circular punch tool. The harvested follicles are then carefully implanted into the balding or thinning areas of the scalp. This method leaves tiny, nearly invisible scars rather than a linear scar, resulting in faster healing and the ability to wear shorter hairstyles. Because of this, FUE is the most popular hair transplant technique today.

Hair transplant safety in Turkey

Turkey has strict written rules for hair transplants, but checking that clinics follow them is weak.

Turkey has no government website where you can search for your surgeon and check they are licensed to operate. You have to ask the clinic.
